TL;DR

Mid-market Business Development Intern (Sales): Prospecting and qualifying company decision-makers to identify needs and present value propositions with an accent on lead generation, relationship building, and analytical reporting. Focus on scheduling qualified meetings, understanding client pain points, and making a direct impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

Location: Onsite in Madrid, Spain

Compensation: €600 monthly

What you will do

  • Prospect and search for company decision-makers via LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads and follow up through phone calls, email, or other communication channels.
  • Understand companies' pain points and present value propositions effectively.
  • Schedule qualified meetings with Account Executives and platform registrations.
  • Report weekly activities, objectives, and draw insights.

Requirements

  • A degree in engineering or management, with a technical background as a plus.
  • Enjoy selling and aspire to build a career in it, eager to grow at full speed in sales.
  • Familiarity with technical sector jargon.
  • Interested in and/or knowledgeable about the startup ecosystem.
  • Great communication and persuasion skills to build relationships with technical profiles and C-level executives.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and takes ownership.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Madrid, Spain.
