TL;DR

Product Owner (Fintech): Owning and executing the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for all hirify.global Pay products, including payment flows, internal tooling, financial rails, and monitoring capabilities. Focus on product execution, reliability, and operational scalability of a self-custodial payment platform, driving complex integrations with global payment schemes and ensuring compliance and risk performance.

Location: Remote work from anywhere in the world

What you will do

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics across all hirify.global Pay products.
  • Work across four core squads: Operations/Admin Panel, Payment Product, Financial Rails, and Monitoring Platform.
  • Drive integrations with local and global payment schemes (ACH, SEPA, PIX, UPI, SPEI, etc.).
  • Own the admin panel and internal tooling used by operations, compliance, and support teams.
  • Partner with compliance teams to enable reusable and consistent KYC/KYB flows.
  • Collaborate closely with Wallet, Infrastructure, and Growth teams to ensure unified UX and interoperability.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with payment rails and financial infrastructure.
  • Experience working with multiple squads in parallel.
  • Strong background in API-driven, compliance-heavy systems.
  • Deep understanding of payment systems, settlement cycles, and integration patterns.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory constraints into clear product requirements.
  • Global mindset with experience working across regions and time zones.
