What you will do
- Define and implement effective sales strategies for the APAC region.
- Develop, coach, and retain top-performing Account Executives.
- Oversee pipeline management, deal closures, and revenue growth.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams on GTM strategies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Report on team performance, sales pipeline, and market conditions to senior management.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying new business IC role with proven success.
- 3+ years of sales management experience.
- Previous experience building and executing outbound sales motions.
- Strong understanding of forecasting principles and ability to forecast revenue accurately.
- Proven experience and passion for teaching and developing top talent.
- Experience developing Go-to-Market strategy and executing operational plans.
