What you will do

• Own a business-critical track for AI translation and content generation of textual content, ensuring product-market fit.
• Define and manage the product roadmap and delivery schedule for your technical areas.
• Define and be accountable for KPIs for new features and product improvements, tracking acquisition funnels and usage data.
• Lead the development process for new features, conducting customer interviews and collaborating with design and engineering teams.
• Align with the Director of Product on product strategy and establish reliable product discovery and execution processes.

Requirements

• Outstanding achievement as a product manager for B2B SaaS platforms with a focus on product-led growth.
• At least 5 years of experience as a product manager.
• English: Native-level proficiency (C2) required, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience working in a highly intense startup environment.
• Comfortable working with remote teams across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience working on projects related to document processing.
• Experience working on customer-facing user interfaces (B2B or B2C).
• Knowledge of modern developments in ML/AI related to text processing (LLM, RAG) and overall technical background.
• Knowledge of the localization industry.
