What you will do

• Own the long-term roadmap for our community tech stack, ensuring all tools are integrated, scalable, and evolving.
• Act as the primary architect for our community CRM, ensuring data integrity, building custom objects, and creating seamless hand-offs between teams.
• Lead the selection, vendor management, and rollout of new tools, designing end-to-end workflows.
• Partner with the Community team to define how we measure health, tiers, and growth, supporting and building data pipelines and dashboards.
• Navigate a complex stakeholder environment to ensure all community tools meet hirify.global’s high standards for security and user trust.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years in Technical Program Management, Systems Architecture, or Community Operations in a high-growth tech environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of CRM architecture (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, Tableau, BigQuery, or SQL).
• Proven ability to thrive in an adaptive, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear project plans.
