What you will do
- Partner with the sales team to offer technical expertise and design customized solutions for customers.
- Build and maintain deep product knowledge, staying current with industry trends in incident management, DevOps, and SRE.
- Identify gaps and improvements in the current sales process and develop collateral to scale knowledge.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to gather customer feedback and shape the product roadmap.
- Shape and develop the Solutions Engineering function by improving processes and creating sales enablement materials as a founding member.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a technical pre-sales or solutions engineering role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong technical aptitude with curiosity to understand technology, incident management, and customer personas.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Ingenious and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environment with autonomy.
