What you will do

• Understand user workflows and pain points to create, test, and iterate on high-quality designs.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and strategy teams to define product experiences for new features.
• Prototype user experiences for user research testing and internal communication.
• Collaborate across teams to craft a seamless dashboard user experience.
• Conduct UXR to test design decisions before shipping.
• Collaborate with design systems teams to improve page templates and components.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant design experience at a product-driven tech company.
• Strong craft demonstrated through a portfolio of work.
• Demonstrated skills in prototyping at a high fidelity.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills through design deliverables, videos, and written artifacts.
