TL;DR
Associate Website Designer: Providing customer support for existing website customers and actively contributing to new customer setup and onboarding processes with an accent on managing support tickets, coordinating customer requirements with designers, and ensuring timely, quality website builds. Focus on editing published websites using in-house tools, assisting with domain management, and leveraging AI for content and visual element creation.
Location: Remote. Working shifts: 8 AM to 5 PM PST / 4 PM to 1 AM UTC.

What you will do
- Manage support tickets from live customers with published websites, maintaining required SLAs.
- Communicate directly and effectively with different customer profiles via video calls, emails, and voice.
- Take customer scoping and content collection calls, then coordinate requirements with website designers.
- Oversee the timely completion of website builds and ensure quality meets customer requirements.
- Assist customers in acquiring domain names, updating domain settings, and publishing websites.
- Edit published websites based on customer requirements using an in-house website builder and use AI to create visual elements or content.
Requirements
- Fluent English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with website design platforms like Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, or Duda.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- Experience with using AI for text content creation.
- Excellent customer service experience and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage deadline-driven pressure effectively.
