Account Director - Ecommerce (Rdm)

TL;DR

Account Director - eCommerce (RDM): Responsible for developing best in class RDM campaigns, and managing the relationship with the UK RDM & Search Lead, as well as providing support to Category teams. Focus on integrating ZEUR RDM strategy into UK media plans, strategizing media investment allocation across retailers and marketplaces, and ensuring UK market consistency.

What you will do

• Manage the relationship with the UK RDM & Search Lead, providing support to Category teams.
• Develop best-in-class Retail Distribution Management (RDM) campaigns.
• Integrate ZEUR RDM strategy into UK media plans and strategize media investment allocation across retailers and marketplaces.
• Increase RDM visibility into planning, performance, and competition, ensuring UK market consistency.
• Maintain a forward-thinking and innovative approach in developing all activities.
• Contribute to OpenMind culture in the team, fostering an environment with great people and clear goals.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of eCommerce/retail media campaign setup, management, optimization, and reporting across media owner and technology vendor platforms.
• Excellent understanding of the strategic and tactical application of eCommerce/retail media and digital marketing.
• Proficient in Amazon, Criteo, Citrus, and an understanding of main UK retailers (Sainsbury’s, Tesco, ASDA, Morrison’s, Ocado etc.) and Quick Commerce Partners (Deliveroo, Uber Eats etc.).
• Experience with bid management platforms (Skai, Pacvue).
• Proven project management, leadership, and people management experience.
