Location: Remote (Global). Working shifts: 3 PM to 12 AM UTC (8am to 5pm California Time).

What you will do

• Conceptualize and create professional hospitality websites through an in-house website builder for customers.
• Manage website onboarding projects and service delivery timelines for multiple accounts.
• Directly work with and effectively communicate with diverse customer profiles via video, email, and voice calls.
• Collaborate with website designers and internal teams to deliver websites and resolve customer concerns.
• Utilize graphic design tools to create visual elements aligned with customer branding and research content for quick website building.
• Investigate website errors, suggest service improvements, and develop related processes and projects.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Website Design and Development experience.
• 1+ years of HTML and CSS experience.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Duda.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy.
• Background in customer service or professional services onboarding.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple website projects with varying processes in a timely manner.
• Excellent internet/wifi connection.
