What you will do
- Conduct clear and engaging product demonstrations, showcasing platform features and capabilities.
- Provide technical support to sales representatives throughout the deal cycle, addressing questions and concerns.
- Lead structured proof-of-value engagements, setting up trials and demonstrating measurable results.
- Participate in sales calls to identify technical pain points and understand customer environments.
- Troubleshoot and research basic technical issues during the sales process, escalating complex scenarios as needed.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to contribute technical perspectives during deal planning and translate customer needs into product solutions.
Requirements
- 1+ year of presales experience or equivalent combination of technical and sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology environments.
- Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity concepts, threats, compliance, and technical architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and follow-through across multiple customer engagements.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with sales teams.
- A growth-oriented approach, interested in developing skills and learning new technologies and sales methodologies.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with security awareness training, phishing simulation, or compliance management concepts.
- Experience with mail environments, Active Directory, or common IT infrastructure.
