What you will do

• Lead the Medication Management Squad to build and scale patient treatment management systems.
• Guide a team of engineers while contributing to technical and product decisions.
• Take an iterative approach to building and evolving systems, balancing rapid delivery with stability, security, and maintainability.
• Own delivery management, lead planning and prioritization, and ensure consistent outcomes for your squad.
• Collaborate with other Engineering Managers to lead engineering-wide initiatives and improve processes.
• Help design and evolve team structure, support hiring, and adapt ways of working in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• Experienced Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Senior Engineer with team leadership experience in a growth-focused, product-led environment.
• Proven ability to lead and coach engineers, providing clear and constructive feedback, and accountability for performance.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing competing priorities across new feature development, iterative improvement, and scalability.
• Proven partnership with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to achieve strong outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills across team design, agile delivery, and continuous improvement.
