What you will do
- Lead and coach a squad of engineers while staying hands-on with technical and product decision-making.

- Design team structure and support hiring, resourcing, and onboarding to accommodate organizational growth.
- Improve developer experience by investing in internal tooling and best practices.
- Collaborate with other engineering managers to drive cross-functional initiatives and organizational processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Senior Engineer in product-led environments.
- Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and providing feedback to engineering teams.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across feature development, technical debt, and scalability.
- Strong communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience navigating fast-paced environments where velocity and quality must be balanced.
