Commercial Account Executive (Sales): Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships within the commercial/mid-market segment in Indonesia and SEA. Focus on solution selling, strategic account planning, and achieving revenue targets through end-to-end automation platform demonstrations.

What you will do
- Acquire new logos (60% focus) and expand 's customer base.
- Mine existing relationships (40% focus) to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and roadmaps for long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customers' business challenges to identify and explore automation opportunities.
- Demonstrate 's value proposition effectively against competitive offerings.
- Track, forecast, and report on pipeline metrics using CRM tools with precision and reliability.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
Requirements
- 7-12 years of enterprise software or solution sales experience.
- Proven track record selling to enterprise/mid-market customers in Thailand and SEA.
- Experience implementing land-and-expand strategies with initial deals of over USD 30-50K.
- Demonstrated ability to grow strategic accounts from 30K to 200K through upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong skills in account planning, territory management, and multi-product selling strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities in Bhasa and English.
