What you will do

• Own the long-term technical strategy for hirify.global’s core collaboration platforms (real-time editing, live canvases, file uploads, media streaming).
• Solve ambiguous architectural puzzles across the full stack (Angular, Quill, WebSockets, Yjs, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, AWS).
• Cultivate operational excellence by implementing architectural patterns to improve system reliability.
• Ship complex, multi-quarter initiatives to unify collaborative surfaces and provide innovative enterprise advantages.
• Mentor the next generation of technical guides and elevate hirify.global's engineering culture.

Requirements

• You are a hands-on technical guide who thrives on solving complex problems spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• You are a T-shaped engineer with deep expertise in at least one complex technical domain (e.g., real-time collaboration, media pipelines, distributed systems).
• You know how to transform complex, mature architectures incrementally into scalable and maintainable platforms.
• You guide through influence, aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States and have authorization to work in the US.
