What you will do

• Design and implement scalable learning solutions to enhance learner capabilities and drive business objectives.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and document business requirements.
• Apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles to design learning solutions.
• Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud to build engaging learning content.
• Manage learning content within the firm's Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, legal, and compliance to ensure content accuracy.

Requirements

• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory.
• Demonstrated expertise in the full instruction lifecycle (ADDIE/SAM).
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, especially the Articulate Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and work autonomously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related field.
• 3+ years in an instructional design role in a corporate or financial services setting.
• APTD or CPTD Certification.
• Experience in financial services or the fintech industry.
• Experience working in or supporting a contact center.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG) standards.
