TL;DR

Government Account Director (AI): Driving key opportunities and managing accounts within the Defense Community, helping national security customers leverage hirify.global's highly capable AI products. Focus on designing and executing complex deal strategies, managing consumption revenue targets, and analyzing the national security landscape to inform product roadmaps.

Location: This role is based in Washington, DC, utilizing a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Salary: $261K – $315K + Offers Equity

What you will do

  • Manage a focused set of key Defense Community accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account plans.
  • Lead defense customers through their AI adoption journey, from consideration to successful deployment.
  • Partner with solutions and research engineering to build and execute complex defense customer programs and projects.
  • Own and manage a Defense Community consumption revenue target and oversee revenue forecasting.
  • Monitor the defense and national security landscape (agencies, policies, competitors) to inform product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams including product, engineering, and government affairs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service specifically into Defense accounts.
  • Must have Top Secret clearance.
  • Achieving defense revenue targets of >$2M per year consistently over multiple years.
  • Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies within Defense or National Security contexts.
  • Familiarity with government contracting, security clearances, and procurement processes.
  • Working directly with senior defense executives and decision-makers.
