Senior Account Executive (Insights)

TL;DR
Account Executive (Research & Insights): Supporting the research and insights team by analyzing consumer behavior and campaign effectiveness with an accent on turning complex data into compelling client-facing narratives. Focus on conducting both quantitative and qualitative research to inform cultural trends and brand strategy.
Location: Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK, with a hybrid requirement of ~4 days per week in the London office.

What you will do
- Support audience profiling, segmentation, and brand reputation analysis projects.
- Conduct large-scale trend analysis and cultural prediction studies across various categories.
- Format research findings into impactful client deliverables and support the team during presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business challenges.
- Develop core research skills including digital insight gathering, qualitative analysis, and survey writing.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Analytical mindset with a clear understanding of how data explains human behavior.
- Strong storytelling ability to synthesize and communicate insights clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail and a mature, confident presentation style.
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Must be comfortable working hybrid (approx. 4 days/week in the London office).
Nice to have
- Experience with social listening platforms (social, search, and site data).
- Technical proficiency in tools such as Excel, SPSS, or Q.
- Prior research background focused on audience understanding or behavioral change.
- Experience managing both quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
