What you will do

• Lead product analysis on complex roadmap initiatives, owning delivery end-to-end.
• Influence stakeholders and maintain strategic direction by working closely with Senior Product Managers and Technical Leads.
• Manage and prioritize multiple product backlogs, aligning delivery with strategic roadmaps.
• Define and use objectives, KPIs, and data to measure product performance.
• Challenge existing ways of working and suggest improvements to enhance delivery and outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering complex digital products or change initiatives.
• Strong expertise in product analysis, change methodologies, and agile delivery.
• Proven ability to own and lead delivery across multiple initiatives or product areas.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior audiences.
• Deep understanding of technical systems, platforms, and dependencies.
