Salary: $112,710.00 - $169,060.00 (yearly)

What you will do

• Develop and execute engagement plans and strategies for product adoption with CAT Foresight and Regional teams.
• Lead marketing and communications projects, including developing messaging, marketing journeys, and executing campaigns.
• Coordinate training, content release, webinars, and regional events to maximize engagement.
• Drive consistency in processes, communication, metrics, and results tracking across product and regional teams.
• Identify gaps in adoption efforts and lead improvement projects in coordination with Insights, Adoption, and Product teams.
• Coordinate with DPM Marketing and DRM/Salesforce teams for marketing content creation and email journeys.

Requirements

• Knowledge of effectiveness measurement techniques for improvement.
• Familiarity with major hirify.global products and services.
• Proficiency in relationship management techniques to build healthy working relationships.
• Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies.
• Strong effective communication skills to transmit, receive, and interpret information accurately.
• User knowledge of CAT Foresight and expertise in Digital Products, including Aftermarket Leads and Insights.
• Experience working with Field teams or Dealers.
