What you will do

• Collaborate with customers to translate technical requirements into detailed solution designs.
• Lead technical direction and ensure optimal solution design aligned with best practices.
• Oversee review and validation of new developments and existing products for seamless integration.
• Drive continuous improvement in design and delivery capabilities for end-to-end solutions.
• Manage customer solution design engagements and coordinate third-party deliverables.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and resolve complex solution challenges.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable with hybrid work model requiring 3 days in office in the UK locations.
• Proven experience in network design with enterprise or public sector clients.
• HPE Aruba Associate level certification and solid knowledge of Aruba and Cisco networking technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to create low-level design documentation and manage risks with mitigations.
• English language proficiency at least B2 level.
