Senior Account Manager (Beauty & Skincare)

Location: Madrid, Spain (Office presence expected at minimum 3 days per week)

What you will do

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of adaptation projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain clear communication with client key stakeholders for production status, identify potential risks, and required actions.
• Oversee production and delivery, including translation, creative, content upload, and syndication, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Support Production Managers on project planning, status, risks, and challenges.
• Lead daily stand-up calls with clients and the delivery team, ensuring production is on track and providing an escalation point to the Production Lead.
• Ensure brand guardianship of briefs and global guideline changes, while rolling out local campaigns re-iterating SLAs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in digital, print, and motion, covering owned and bought media.
• Experience working with beauty and Dermatological products
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required since we operate globally.
• Experience working with multiple campaigns and languages.
• Effective project management through the full lifecycle.
• Proficient in Adobe WF, Microsoft Office, and other related software.
