Salary: £76,194 – £89,640

What you will do
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted partner within delivery teams.
- Understand colleague needs, learning goals, and the wider organisational context to design solutions.
- Own and develop product strategies that enable skills growth and align with organisational objectives.
- Create product roadmaps that prioritise features supporting learning, development, and career progression.
- Manage product backlogs, ensuring clarity, prioritisation, and acceptance of user stories.
- Develop strategies to capture and track user feedback, benefits realisation, and service performance for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- An experienced Product Owner/Product Manager passionate about delivering innovative products within a large and complex organisation.
- Strong experience working in Agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams, with the ability to champion user-centred design and continuous improvement.
- Skilled at building trusted relationships and working collaboratively across teams and organisations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Significant experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence, and a willingness to learn new technologies and practices.
- Must work in a hybrid format from Leeds or Halifax, United Kingdom.
