Salary: £90,000 - £95,000 + 25% bonus

What you will do

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data platforms aligned to business strategy.
• Translate product vision into a prioritised, value-based delivery roadmap.
• Partner with SMEs, architects, engineers, and the CDO to shape high-value data solutions.
• Develop and validate business cases for presentation to senior stakeholders and C-level committees.
• Establish success metrics and KPIs and lead ideation workshops to identify customer needs.
• Champion best practices for BI dashboards, Data APIs, Cloud platforms, ML models, and data governance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within financial services acting as a dedicated Product Owner.
• Proven track record of defining and launching enterprise data platforms and services end-to-end.
• Experience delivering large-scale data transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery methodologies (SAFe).
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from London, Chatham, or Wolverhampton.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL architectures.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud/hybrid data platforms.
• Background in financial modelling and ROI definition.
