Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in-office per week or as per business needs) in New York City

Salary: $120K - $150K Gross (includes base+bonuses)

What you will do

• Engage stakeholders to understand and document business needs, conducting interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Optimize workflows for government services and citizen engagement, supporting automation, reporting, and self-service tools.
• Develop and execute test cases and UAT plans, facilitating UAT sessions and feedback collection.
• Serve as liaison between business, IT, and partners, conducting training and supporting system adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years as a Business Consultant, with 3+ years of experience in the public sector.
• Experience with digital transformation and enterprise systems, with knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Understanding of FedRAMP, FISMA, HIPAA, and CJIS regulations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Nice to have

• CBAP or PMI-PBA certifications.
• CSM or PMP certifications.
