Salary: $194,000-$206,000

What you will do

• Lead engineering programs including AI development tooling adoption, frameworks migrations, technical and product quality, and delivery capabilities.
• Partner across R&D teams to translate engineering and R&D pain points into development tooling plans, facilitate technical decisions.
• Create visibility and accountability by managing developer productivity metrics and presenting them to critical stakeholders in Engineering Leadership and on the Executive Team.
• Collaborate with TPMs across Security and Infrastructure to identify opportunities and risks, coordinating resources, and ensuring Developer Productivity teams can execute effectively toward shared goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading technical programs in B2B SaaS, with experience coordinating complex engineering initiatives across organizations.
• Technically fluent in software design, system architecture, and security.
• Excellent collaborator and communicator who builds trust within and beyond Engineering, adapt your style for different audiences, and facilitate decision-making in ambiguous situations.
• Customer-focused with experience translating enterprise customer needs into program plans and working closely with strategic accounts to ensure successful outcomes.
• Demonstrate curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
