Salary: $210,000–$294,000 USD

What you will do

• Recruit, train, and lead an organization of top-tier Sales Managers and client-facing partners.
• Drive Managers and their teams to exceed revenue targets and expand the organization profitably.
• Build and manage senior-level relationships with key clients and agency partners.
• Advise sales and product management on market opportunities, sales positioning, and strategic planning.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Finance to develop financial targets, launch products, and acquire new advertisers.
• Represent Reddit at key industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in media sales.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams of managers.
• Experience leading and building sales teams at dynamic, industry-leading companies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deep functional knowledge and industry expertise within core B2B segments (Tech, SaaS, Financial Services, Start Ups).
• Ability to forecast critical business needs, unblock barriers to success, and influence at all levels.
• Experience leading company-wide and/or cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Passion for Reddit and its unique audience by understanding its culture and vernacular.
