• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales organization.
• Build and expand the B2B Mid-Market sales organization in smart and profitable ways.
• Drive Sales Managers and their teams to exceed revenue targets.
• Build and manage senior-level relationships with key clients and agency partners.
• Advise sales and product management on market opportunities and strategic planning.
• Represent hirify.global at key industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in media sales, with 2+ years leading teams of managers.
• Experience leading and building sales teams at dynamic, industry-leading companies.
• Deep functional knowledge and industry expertise within core B2B segments (Tech, SaaS, Financial Services, Startups).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to forecast business needs.
• Ability to influence at all levels and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives.
