Training Success Coordinator

TL;DR

Training Success Coordinator: Enhancing instructor-led product trainings by managing information flow between stakeholders and students with an accent on DoD environments and technical training. Focus on developing SOPs, refining training materials, and analyzing training data for continuous improvement.

Location: On-site in San Diego, CA / Austin, Texas / Virginia Beach, Virginia; greater than 50% travel required.

What you will do

• Attend live product trainings for both customer and internal audiences.
• Compile, communicate, and manage information surfaced during live training to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop SOPs for live training delivery and refine live training materials, schedules, content, andragogy.
• Collect data from live trainings, analyze, and develop and implement improvements to training delivery.
• Support instructor communication and develop/deliver train-the-trainer sessions.
• Execute various tasks in LMS.

Requirements

• Strong background in designing and delivering instructor-led training, particularly in DoD and technical environments.
• Experience facilitating After Action Reviews (AARs).
• Strong writing, project management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Advanced knowledge of data evaluation and assessments.
• Proficiency in digital design skills using tools including the Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Figma, etc.
• Proficiency in producing digital learning experiences using authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
• Experience with designing, producing, and delivering training in AR/VR formats.
• Experience administering training in a Learning Management System (LMS). Experience with Cornerstone preferred.
• Secret Security Clearance a plus.
