What you will do
- Acquire new customers and expand hirify.global's customer base.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing customer relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and roadmaps for long-term customer success.
- Understand customers' business challenges to identify and explore automation opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in your assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
Requirements
- 7-12 years of enterprise software or solution sales experience.
- Proven track record selling to enterprise/mid-market customers in Thailand and SEA.
- Experience implementing land-and-expand strategies with initial deals over USD 30-50K.
- Demonstrated ability to grow strategic accounts from 30K to 200K through upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong skills in account planning, territory management, and multi-product selling strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities in Thai and English.
