What you will do

• Design and implement LLM-based solutions (e.g., RAG systems, multi-agent tools, copilots).
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy open-source and proprietary foundation models.
• Build end-to-end AI-powered features and create scalable APIs for AI functionality.
• Own the lifecycle of AI features from experimentation to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and implement observability for AI services.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor peers, and identify AI-driven product opportunities.

Requirements

• +4 years of experience in AI/ML-focused roles with shipped software products.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral) and agent frameworks like LangChain.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), and embedding strategies.
• Solid Python skills with experience building APIs using FastAPI, Django, or similar.
• Production experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and tools like Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes.
• Strong software development practices including testing, code reviews, and version control (Git).

• Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment workflows.
