What you will do

• Build reusable CI/CD workflows for model training, evaluation, and deployment using GitHub Actions and Langfuse.
• Develop a modular AI infrastructure stack including vector databases, feature stores, and model registries.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to embed AI models and agents into real-time applications.
• Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art AI tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, vLLM, and MLflow.
• Drive AI reliability and governance, ensuring security, compliance, and uptime for production systems.
• Implement infrastructure for offline and online LLM evaluation, including regression testing and cost monitoring.

Requirements

• Experience writing high-quality, maintainable software, primarily in Python.
• Strong background in scalable infrastructure, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Proficiency in MLOps best practices: model versioning, drift detection, and scalable serving (vLLM, Triton).
• Experience deploying and maintaining LLM and agentic workflows in production.
• Must be based in North America.
• High level of applied AI fluency in daily workflows.
