What you will do
- Build sales pipeline by identifying and prospecting target e-commerce accounts to generate qualified meetings.
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone, events) to penetrate accounts.
- Conduct in-depth research on target companies, their tech stack, challenges, and buyers.
- Navigate organizations to identify real buyers, build champion relationships, and engage stakeholders.
- Rigorously qualify opportunities to ensure high-quality meetings for the Account Executive (AE) team.
- Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) to enhance account research, message personalization, and outreach scalability.
- Collaborate closely with the AE team to understand good opportunities and refine messaging.
- Own and track personal sales metrics including activities, meetings booked, pipeline created, and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role, consistently hitting or exceeding quota (110%+ attainment).
- Experience prospecting into deals with $100k+ sizes.
- Comfortable with outbound and social selling techniques.
- Ability to write hyper-personalized and compelling messages that generate responses.
- Strong research skills to delve into companies and discover strategic angles.
- Highly organized and capable of managing your own pipeline independently.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
- English: B2 required
Nice to have
- Ecommerce or CX experience.
- Experience selling CX, support, or automation tools.
- Previous promotion from BDR to AE.
- AI-native (experience using Claude/ChatGPT for work).
- Startup experience (understanding of fast growth and chaos).
