TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build sales pipeline by identifying and prospecting target e-commerce accounts to generate qualified meetings.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone, events) to penetrate accounts.
  • Conduct in-depth research on target companies, their tech stack, challenges, and buyers.
  • Navigate organizations to identify real buyers, build champion relationships, and engage stakeholders.
  • Rigorously qualify opportunities to ensure high-quality meetings for the Account Executive (AE) team.
  • Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) to enhance account research, message personalization, and outreach scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with the AE team to understand good opportunities and refine messaging.
  • Own and track personal sales metrics including activities, meetings booked, pipeline created, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role, consistently hitting or exceeding quota (110%+ attainment).
  • Experience prospecting into deals with $100k+ sizes.
  • Comfortable with outbound and social selling techniques.
  • Ability to write hyper-personalized and compelling messages that generate responses.
  • Strong research skills to delve into companies and discover strategic angles.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing your own pipeline independently.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • English: B2 required

Nice to have

  • Ecommerce or CX experience.
  • Experience selling CX, support, or automation tools.
  • Previous promotion from BDR to AE.
  • AI-native (experience using Claude/ChatGPT for work).
  • Startup experience (understanding of fast growth and chaos).
