What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain complex network solutions for international operations.
• Lead technical reviews, document global design standards, and adopt new technologies.
• Interpret business requirements and set strategic direction for network evolution.
• Lead worldwide architecture for major initiatives including data center design and WAN integration.
• Ensure 24x7x365 reliability, monitor performance, and resolve issues with vendors.
• Develop and maintain architectural diagrams, documentation, and change management processes.
• Provide Tier 1-3 support for network and security devices and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of experience in network engineering.
• In-depth understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols), topologies, and devices (firewalls, routers, switches).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-class switches, wireless, and firewalls (Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto).
• Experience designing and supporting wireless networks and multi-homed Internet providers with public ASN and IPv4.
• Strong background in disaster recovery, data replication, and infrastructure documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to support global operations.
