What you will do
- Recruit top sales talent and ensure new employees are properly on-boarded and trained.
- Achieve annual sales team quota and quarterly targets by prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing.
- Manage day-to-day performance of Account Executives, tracking KPIs, and provide continuous forecast through Salesforce.
- Develop and implement regional pipeline growth strategies in collaboration with SDR/BDR, SE Managers, and Marketing teams.
- Coach your team and work with customers to understand their business needs and goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of managerial and leadership experience of SaaS sales teams.
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS, B2B sales for global organizations.
- Proven negotiation skills and experience with Mid-Market/Enterprise clients.
- Exceptional ability to effectively communicate and influence.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
