Embedded Engineer (AI)

Location: Onsite in Columbia, Maryland; all applicants must reside in the United States at the time of application.

Salary: USD $114,110–$228,221 per year.

What you will do

• Design, develop, debug, and test embedded software.
• Perform requirements analysis and create requirement specifications.
• Conduct design reviews with engineering colleagues and government stakeholders.
• Package embedded software products for release to government customers.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
• At least 10 years of embedded development experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience with low-level programming in Windows, Linux, or an RTOS such as VxWorks or uC/OS.
• Programming experience with C, C++, and Python.

Nice to have

• Experience automating tests for embedded software running on embedded devices.
