What you will do

• Conduct advanced data analysis for operations, finance, and supply chain use cases.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions across the full machine learning lifecycle.
• Build, deploy, maintain, and monitor models for churn, customer lifetime value, segmentation, and personalization.
• Use Databricks, Azure, Python, PySpark, and machine learning libraries for scalable data processing and model development.
• Apply hypothesis testing, A/B testing, confidence intervals, and other statistical methods to validate results.
• Communicate insights through visualizations and collaborate with business, data engineering, and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
• Master’s degree in data science, applied mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience managing machine learning solutions from business understanding and data wrangling through production deployment and monitoring.
• Strong Python skills with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn, and PySpark.
• Experience with MLflow, Git, MLOps frameworks, Azure or AWS, Databricks, data pipelines, model hosting, and SQL.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in generative AI, LLM-based solutions, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or AI-assisted analytics.
• Exposure to reinforcement learning for decision optimization, personalization, or next-best-action use cases.
• Experience in retail, fashion, e-commerce, consulting, international, or start-up environments.
