Director Client Portal & Exchange (Fintech): Leading the commercialization and technical expansion of the client portal and exchange, focusing on acquiring new clients, increasing client engagement, and managing risks inherent to operating an exchange. Focus on defining and executing the portal strategy, expanding branding efforts, and managing multidisciplinary teams.

Location: Onsite available at the office in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands

What you will do

  • Define and execute the strategy to acquire new clients on the portal and increase client session use and turnover.
  • Analyze, define, and mitigate risks inherent to operating an exchange, understanding collateral, margin, and settlement processes.
  • Expand branding efforts and search engine/online marketing with the marketing team.
  • Create and protect content on the portal.
  • Lead and manage team members, including marketing, developers, and commercial staff.
  • Represent hirify.global at sectional events and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience within a digital trading environment.
  • Clear commercial experience.
  • Deep understanding of how exchanges work.
  • Fluently English
  • Driven, responsible, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, communicative, and socially skilled.
  • A strategic mindset and sharp decision-making abilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the renewable energy sector.
