What you will do

• Take full ownership of design projects from concept to final output, including process, timeline, and quality.
• Design and evolve the hirify.global website and landing pages, creating responsive, modern, and intuitive web experiences.
• Translate complex messages into clean, compelling visual narratives for the site, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Seamlessly design both digital assets (site, landing pages) and physical experiences for global conferences (booths, swag, print).
• Ensure consistent, premium, and unmistakable hirify.global brand presence across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• Degree in Visual Communication / Graphic Design is required.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing and web design at a product company, startup, or agency is required.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web layouts and brand/marketing work is required.
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills are required.
• Experience in B2B or SaaS is required.
• Excellent English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Motion design / After Effects skills / AI tools.
