TL;DR

Location: Based in Tel Aviv, with a flexible, remote-friendly work environment.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end campaign management across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other paid social/display channels.
  • Lead the expansion of acquisition channels across multiple hirify.global group brands, adapting strategy and targeting.
  • Launch new channels from scratch, establishing performance baselines and building playbooks for profitable scaling.
  • Scale budget on channels demonstrating positive ROAS, maintaining CAC efficiency across the multi-brand portfolio.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to optimize ad creatives and improve full-funnel conversion.
  • Analyze performance data, surface insights, and monitor the competitive landscape for UA opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid user acquisition campaigns for B2C SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated experience expanding paid acquisition channels to new platforms and scaling them to positive ROAS.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple brands or product lines simultaneously, with the ability to adapt strategy and creative.
  • Proven track record of scaling spend on Meta while maintaining or improving ROAS.
  • Solid hands-on experience on TikTok Ads, including short-form video strategy and creative requirements.
  • Strong analytical mindset, fluent in key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience launching and scaling additional channels such as YouTube or Taboola.
  • Experience building channel expansion playbooks or performance frameworks that can be replicated across brands.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, marketplace, or dropshipping audiences.
