What you will do
- Own A/B testing and personalization for localized websites, partnering with the Localization Manager and SEO team.
- Improve lead generation and funnel progression by creating relevant, high-performing experiences for global audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Lifecycle, Localization, and Regional Marketing teams to align experiments with growth goals.
- Lead and oversee website layovers strategy, including strategizing and deploying high-impact pop-ups and banner campaigns (e.g., Trendemon).
- Manage and optimize chatbot tools (e.g., Drift, AI bots) by identifying triggers, conversational paths, and handoff behaviors.
- Take ownership of product tour tools (e.g., Navattic) to improve website user experience and product exposure.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in CRO, growth, or experimentation roles within a B2B SaaS or similar digital environment.
- Proven experience driving measurable conversion improvements through A/B testing, personalization, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of experimentation fundamentals, including hypothesis development, statistical significance, and funnel analysis.
- Hands-on experience with CRO and engagement tools such as chatbots, pop-ups, personalization platforms, or interactive demos.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance, interpret results, and connect experiments to downstream funnel impact.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
