What you will do

• Shape product values into intuitive and compelling user interfaces.
• Take ownership over a product and lead the full UX cycle process.
• Conduct user and product research, design mockups, and perform usability testing.
• Orchestrate the UX process while collaborating with product managers, product owners, developers, and product designers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional UX design experience.
• Experience working as a member of a UX team in a large organization.
• Vast experience in configuring and characterizing enterprise (B2B) on-premise and cloud applications.
• Proven ability to lead strategic UX projects across the organization.
• Excellent visualization and problem-solving skills with the ability to create precise mockups and detailed UX designs.
• English proficiency required.
• Experience designing mockups with Figma.
• Knowledge and experience in working with design infrastructure and components libraries.

Nice to have

• Experience designing mockups with other mockup tools.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in product/interaction design, human factors, or a related field.
