What you will do

• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, often acting as an evangelist or thought leader.
• Shape and stand up Transformation Offices to serve as a control tower over multiple programs.
• Develop comprehensive business cases covering people, process, technology, and data for enterprise transformations.
• Optimize functional performance across organization, process, and technology.
• Design and transition clients to new operating models.
• Lead and manage cross-functional local and virtual teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise processes, transformation, project delivery, and business operating models.
• Strong consulting experience is required.
• Finance & Accounting experience with a relevant degree.
• ERP experience, ideally with exposure/depth in core SAP S/4 enterprise functions.
• Knowledge of standard processes with experience across multiple sectors.
• Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills.
