What you will do

• Shape product strategy and make key decisions about visual direction and user experience.
• Lead design projects, participate in critiques, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.
• Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for new features.
• Build and nurture a design-focused culture across the company.
• Help shape processes that prioritize attention to detail and design excellence.
• Understand customers' needs deeply through direct conversations and close collaboration.

Requirements

• Several years of experience designing software, ideally in a product-focused environment.
• Strong design sense, careful attention to detail, and genuine passion for the craft.
• Ability to approach complex problems and create simple, effective user experiences, including solving complex UX challenges where AI capabilities meet human intent.
• Track record of shipping excellent design in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product teams.
• Strong visual communication skills with experience creating prototypes (Figma and AI coding tools).
• Experience with design systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with coding and technical tools like VSCode, GitHub, and AI coding tools like Cursor.
