Ramp Manager (SaaS): Leading the early-stage performance of new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) within the APJ region with an accent on driving early career success and ensuring reps ramp to productivity within 90 days. Focus on providing hands-on coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate rep ramp up and overall team performance.

Location: Must be located in Sydney, Australia and have the ability to commute to the office in a hybrid setting 3x per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)

What you will do

• Lead SDR Ramp Program for APJ to ensure new SDRs achieve peak performance within their first 90 days.
• Foster an environment of high performance & accountability through coaching and KPI milestones.
• Partner with Business Development Leadership in APJ to define, track, and take accountability for KPI management.
• Provide hands-on coaching through live call sessions, offering actionable feedback to master effective prospecting techniques.
• Track and analyze SDR ramp performance using defined KPIs, proactively addressing performance gaps.

Requirements

• Must be located in Sydney, Australia and have the ability to commute to the office in a hybrid setting 3x per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
• 2+ years of SDR Leadership or Enablement experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales enablement or management.
• Experience prospecting into APJ and multiple segments from SMB to Enterprise.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to coach SDRs.
