Salary: $188,000–$275,000

What you will do

• Lead execution of customer-facing features such as Models, Weave, and other emerging products.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Drive programs from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality delivery and predictable execution.
• Translate product strategy into clear delivery plans and manage cross-team dependencies and risks.
• Ensure launches deliver measurable customer and business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs in SaaS, Cloud, or ML/AI environments.
• Demonstrated experience delivering customer-facing product features and launches end-to-end.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Experience in establishing and running program mechanisms (execution forums, launch readiness reviews, release cadences).
• Strong written communication skills, including program documentation and executive-level updates.
• **Must be a U.S. person** (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to conform to U.S. Government export regulations.
• **Ability to attend onboarding and quarterly team gatherings in person** (hybrid work environment).

• Master’s degree or advanced technical degree.
