What you will do

• Administer and support the day-to-day operation of IFS Applications.
• Manage users, roles, security, and access controls.
• Monitor system performance, integrations, and interfaces.
• Support patching, upgrades, and coordination with IFS and external partners.
• Troubleshoot issues and act as first-line support for IFS-related incidents.
• Maintain system documentation and support governance and best practices.
• Collaborate with functional teams on minor enhancements and configuration changes.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience supporting IFS Applications.
• Strong understanding of IFS administration, security, and environments.
• Experience working with IFS Cloud or IFS Applications 9/10 is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working with both IT and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
