IFS ERP Administrator

Location: Remote within the USA

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year plus benefits

What you will do

• Administer and support the day-to-day operation of IFS Applications.
• Manage users, roles, security, and access controls.
• Monitor system performance, integrations, and interfaces.
• Support patching, upgrades, and coordination with IFS and external partners.
• Troubleshoot IFS-related incidents as first-line support and maintain system documentation.
• Collaborate with functional teams on minor enhancements and configuration changes.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience supporting IFS Applications.
• Strong understanding of IFS administration, security, and environments.
• Experience working with IT and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with IFS Cloud or IFS Applications 9/10.
