Salary: $80,000 - $153,000 a year

What you will do

• Oversee a team of Affiliate Managers to activate new affiliates and manage engagement activities.
• Manage internal processes such as affiliate gamification and commissions.
• Curate campaigns to educate potential affiliates and encourage HighLevel promotion.
• Ensure the Affiliate team is well-trained on the HighLevel platform's value proposition.
• Analyze metrics for affiliate activation and engagement to aid in project planning.
• Support company-wide marketing strategy and align affiliate activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent SaaS Experience is strongly preferred.
• 8 years of total professional experience, including 3+ years of experience leading and managing a customer facing team.
• 2+ years experience in the digital marketing space.
• Strong collaboration, time-management and prioritization skills.
• Must be a go-getter and take accountability for your results and your team’s results.

Nice to have

• Experience working with various CRM Systems.
• Proficiency in professional writing and or basic copywriting skills.
