What you will do

• Work with project managers to define vision for critical engagements and address technical and scope risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline delivery processes and uphold technical standards.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and foster a culture of collaboration.
• Manage, mentor, and support the careers of delivery professionals, aligning their strengths with organizational goals.
• Resolve escalations, make decisions for critical engagements, and plan staffing across engagements.
• Translate technical complexity into actionable insights for non-technical audiences and lead strategic discussions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development and 5+ years in client-facing technology project management.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, managing, and mentoring technical professionals.
• Experience with various agile, waterfall, SDLC, hybrid methodologies, and continuous integration.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage and deliver multiple, competing priorities.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with hirify.global platform.
