What you will do

• Lead and represent multi-disciplinary squads, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery and operational standards.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to develop and execute an effective technical strategy for the Platform group.
• Drive a Platform as a Product approach, owning the entire process from discovery to delivery and facilitating OKRs.
• Manage project scopes, objectives, and budgets, ensuring technical feasibility and coordination with stakeholders, legal, and security teams.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members, helping them achieve personal career goals through regular feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain.
• Deep hands-on experience using AI to accelerate the software development lifecycle (writing, reviewing, or refactoring code).
• Experience leading teams that build and operate high-traffic, cloud-native systems at scale (e.g., multi-region).
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams through major architectural transitions while maintaining delivery speed.
• Solid technical background related to the full SDLC to support and unblock teams in complex technical discussions.
• Proven leadership experience in R&D, AI Solutions, or related fields.
