What you will do

• Lead technical account strategy and execution for strategic customer accounts and hirify.global use cases.
• Act as the accountable technical leader, ensuring successful onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption of workloads.
• Serve as the primary contact for technical issues and questions related to production status of agreed use cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams, expert resources, and Professional Services to accelerate use cases into production.
• Develop and execute plans for main use cases moving to production, enablement, product adoption, and operational governance.
• Provide internal and external updates on usage, customer health, investment status, and use case progression.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in technical project/program delivery within Data and AI, contributing to technical debate and design choices.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala; with strong understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
• Proficiency in technical program/project management, account, stakeholder, and resource management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• English: B2 required and willingness to travel up to 30% when needed.
