What you will do
- Translate agreed services into practical and efficient processes.
- Define clear service levels and safeguard contractual agreements.
- Lead the implementation of won service contracts from tenders or RFPs.
- Coordinate internal teams to achieve agreed contract terms and service levels.
- Act as the central point of contact for customers and internal departments.
- Monitor service performance and proactively implement improvements.
Requirements
- An HBO-level working and thinking capacity.
- Working experience in a service, IT, or logistics-related environment, with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Customer facing experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- A strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with Service, Process, or Project Management.

Nice to have
- Certifications such as Lean, ITIL, or Prince2 will be a plus but not mandatory.
